This isn't like other book clubs.
There's no assigned book and no homework. Bring a book you've already read.
You don't even have to like it. Loved it, hated it, gave up halfway? All of that is good material. We'll talk books over good food.
WHERE
Firebird, 223 High St, Prahran. It's a woodfired, Vietnamese-style restaurant where nearly everything comes off the grill. Easy to get to by tram (6 or 78) or from Prahran Station.
Order whatever you like, and bills are split.
