The AI Table: Where Does Your Week Go?
Most AI events are built for tech people. This one is built for the woman running the business.
The AI Table is a free monthly meetup for women business owners in the Charlotte area who know AI can help them grow but are not sure where to start. You do not need a technical background, and you do not need to know anything about prompts. You only need to bring your business and your questions.
Each month focuses on one real business problem. We start with the work itself and then look at where AI can take some of it off your plate. You will leave with one practical idea that you can put to use the same week.
The AI Table is built on one belief: AI should handle the work that drains you so you have more time for the work only you can do. We will talk about how to implement and scale with automation and AI without losing the human touch your customers value or the judgment that built your business. The goal is never to replace you. The goal is to give you back the time for the relationships and decisions that matter most.
This month's topic is where your week goes. Most owners lose hours every week to tasks that do not grow the business. Together we will name those tasks, sort out which ones AI can realistically handle today, and identify the parts of your work that should always stay in your hands. You will leave knowing the first task worth handing off.

Your host
Janelle Perez is a strategy and operations leader with 12 years of experience across executive operations, program leadership, and cross-functional strategy. Over the last two and a half years, she built the AI operating layer for a venture-backed startup, and she believes that good process comes first, automation comes second, and human judgment stays at the center of both. She founded The Momentum Office to help owner-led businesses build systems that give them their time back.
