Event Guidelines
Registration is required for all participants. A QR Registration Code will be requested to access the event.
Capacity is limited. Entry is available on a first-come, first-served basis until the venue reaches capacity.
Badge Pickup is available from 17:00 at the registration desk.
Event photography and video recording will take place. Attendance implies consent to be photographed or filmed.
Networking opportunities: Scheduled breaks are designed to facilitate networking and provide opportunities for connection. We encourage you to engage respectfully with all participants.
Code of conduct: We strive for a collaborative and harassment-free experience for everyone.

Promptathon Tracks
Commerce Apps – Apps with checkout and clear economic purpose (e.g. shop, marketplace, yield manager).
Personal Apps – Tools for individuals or small teams, without commercial intent (e.g. social dashboard, time tracker, wellbeing app).
Community Apps – Projects for larger groups or collectives, non-commercial (e.g. game, alumni album, community tracker).
Promptathon Prizes
A total $2,000 prize pool is up for grabs:

Promptathon Guidelines
All Promptathon participants should arrive early and register between 09:30 - 10:30.
Seats are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We'd like to invite you to arrive early to ensure your seat is secured.
You must bring a laptop to fully access Caffeine and compete. While Caffeine works on mobile too, it won’t support full participation in the Promptathon.
