​Step into a world of pure enchantment as you enter the darkness of Rosa Taste Experience, which will be transformed with dimly lit corners, flickering candles, and an aura of mystique that sets the stage for an unforgettable night. Unlike all our other dinners, this one will be in the darkness (the room only lit by candles), creating an atmosphere of both sophistication and charm.

​In OneThousandClub tradition, the dinner will be facilitated to support deep and meaningful conversation. Each member will be invited during the main-course to share stories of the extraordinary, awe-inspiring, and/or magical moments that have touched their lives recently. It's a chance to connect about profound breakthroughs as well as to appreciate the beauty of life's small wonders and to celebrate the enchantment that can be found in everyday moments.

​Mel Miles is a social impact leader with a passion for connecting people. Previously Mel managed an investment portfolio at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. As a foreigner, Mel is now deeply committed to investing in Portugal-based projects, including OneThousandClub which she started out of an idea around her dinner table. Hosting an intimate dinner is her absolute favorite thing, and she can't wait to welcome you around the table.

​First Course: Pumpkin soup with seeds

​Main Course: Craveiral Farmhouse begetable stew with sweet spices and almonds

​Dessert Course: Pumpkin, quince and walnut pudding
