​Join Canopy Community for a one-day Investment Readiness Mini Accelerator at Martinhal Residences in Expo, designed to help founders prepare for the investor conversations they will have throughout Web Summit week.

​This is not about perfecting a pitch deck.

​It is about becoming more confident and effective when someone asks:

​“So, what are you building?”

​During the day, you will work with the Canopy In Residence team and fellow founders to sharpen your story, refine your pitch and practise communicating your startup clearly.

​You’ll explore:

• ​What early-stage investors are really looking for

• ​How to communicate your problem, solution, customers, validation and opportunity

• ​How to adapt your pitch for different investor conversations

• ​The questions investors are likely to ask — and how to answer them

• ​How to move naturally from an introduction to a meaningful investment conversation

​Most importantly, you will practise.

​Through role play, peer feedback and expert support, you’ll have multiple opportunities to test your pitch, receive feedback and build confidence before heading into Web Summit.

​By 4pm, the goal is simple: you should feel better prepared to walk into a room, meet an investor and make the opportunity count.
