A live, guided reflection (not a lecture) where you'll define what excites you, name your real strengths, and decide what you want next in your life and career. So you’ll walk into 2027 with a clear direction instead of a to-do list.
This 90-minute workshop starts with re-discovering who you are, not what you should do.
We'll cover:
A short breathing exercise to ground and open up
Reflecting and journaling with real time to write
Pinpointing what lights you up versus what you've just gotten good at
Naming your strengths in language you'd actually use in an interview, on your LinkedIn, or in the next conversation with your boss
You’ll leave with:
A written snapshot of who you are, what you want, and why
A framework you can revisit every quarter and annually
One tangible next step you can take towards your goals
One clear intention for 2027 across both life and career
Bring:
A notebook or open doc, a quiet 90 minutes, and honest answers.
Target Audience: Women and allies across every corner of tech: engineering, design, product management, marketing, data, program management, and the roles that don't have a tidy title yet. This is for you if: You're mid-career and doing well on paper, but restless about what's next. You're weighing a change and can't tell what you want.
