About Event

At Glide, we’re building an AI-powered digital banking platform to help community banks and credit unions automate thousands of hours of manual work. We've raised $20M from world-class fintech investors like Acrew Capital and Pear VC, and we've grown revenues from 0 to $4M in 2 years. Our engineers work on complex technical challenges across AI, payments, and digital onboarding, with an opportunity to immediately impact millions of customers nationwide. We’re hiring software engineers now—learn more at careers.withglide.com.

We’ll kick off with a moderated discussion where our panelists share their experiences managing and navigating the hiring process, starting at a fast-growing startup, and what it’s really like to work at Glide. The second half of the session will be an open Q&A, giving you the chance to ask anything—from career advice to what Glide looks for in candidates.

Whether you’re exploring new opportunities or aiming to grow your career in tech, this is your chance to get insider insights and connect with a supportive community of women in tech.
