FiBAN Case Hearing: EarlyUP (Online)
EarlyUP builds an AI-assisted startup validation platform that helps founders replace assumptions with real evidence, using a structured Validation Track that guides founders from identifying assumptions to designing experiments, collecting evidence, and deciding what to validate next. The platform combines AI-guided validation, real-user testing, and a marketplace connecting startups with testers and, later, investors — built around a proprietary Canonical Company Profile that forms the basis of a continuously improving validation-intelligence layer.
Currently validating the service with real startups through the EarlyUp Founding Cohort, running an AI-assisted operating model ahead of full platform automation
Initial international focus on India, with market validation and entry research conducted with LUT University, and partnerships developing with universities, accelerators and incubators
Commercial model in validation: €90/month per startup, tested through the Founding Cohort
Raising €40k in angel investment to support a Business Finland Sprint Grant application, part of a total funding need of ~€170k for 12–18 months runway
