Designed as an add-on product for Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) found in first-aid stations worldwide, Ileria is currently preparing for US FDA 510(k) clearance to transition from training/pre-clinical setups to full medical-grade deployment. Backed by 8 years of dedicated R&D:

• ​Established distribution partnerships across the US, Kenya, UAE, and Australia (projected to reach 40 distributors within 2 years).

• ​Completed 5 successful pilot deployments in 2025 (supported by Business Finland) - with 1 life already saved during the pilot phase in Tampere.
