Rayca Precision builds an autonomous, self-improving engine for designing medicines. It judges every molecule from day zero against what kills drugs in year eight (manufacturability, safety, delivery), using knowledge that inside pharma sits in separate teams and arrives too late to change anything. Every programme it runs makes the next one better. AI drug discovery is a $5B market in 2026, growing 20–30% a year.
The engine is running today on four co-development programmes, from nanobody against a cancer target to a small molecule that destroys the protein driving HPV-caused cancer. Partners include Stanford Medicine, UC San Diego, University of New Mexico with University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, dPTx in Göttingen, QurieGen and ASAKE Biotechnology. More to come!
At ASAKE, 70K peptide candidates were designed by Rayca discovery platfrom and 30 made in the lab; the leads moved the disease signal 25–35%, confirmed in writing by ASAKE's CEO.
