We’re teaming up with one of the best yoga studios in town, Ushna Yoga Studio for a 90-minute Bikram Yoga session, a space to sweat, slow down, and reconnect with yourself and the community.
This isn’t about performance.It’s about showing up, moving through it, and feeling better after.
What’s happening:

How to prepare yourself for this class
💧 1. Hydrate well
Start drinking water throughout the day — not just before class.
Add electrolytes if possible (before and after).
Bring a large water bottle (water only).
🍽️ 2. Eat light (or not at all)
Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before.
If needed: fruit, yogurt, or a small snack.
👕 3. Dress for the heat
Wear light, breathable clothing.
Bring:
• A large towel (you’ll sweat a lot)
• An extra towel for after
• Dry clothes to change into
(Towels can be rented at the studio — yoga towel €2, shower towel €1, cash only. Yoga mat included.)
⏰ 4. Arrive early
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before to settle in and adapt to the heat.
🧠 5. Let go of perfection
It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, dizzy, or tired.
👉 The goal is simple: stay in the room, breathe, and go through the experience.
