About Event

A closed door, highly interactive workshop for founders preparing for an exit, or considering what comes next. Drawing on perspectives from both legal and wealth advisers, the session will explore the practical decisions, challenges and opportunities that arise before, during and after a liquidity event.
Designed as a facilitated discussion rather than a presentation, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and work through real world scenarios with peers and experts.

We'll be discussing:
• Preparing your business for a future exit long before a transaction begins
• Understanding different exit routes and what they mean for founders
• Common legal pitfalls and value drivers that can materially impact outcomes
