About Event

Throughout human history, no one succeeded alone. Not so long ago, the blacksmith needed the farmer, and the farmer needed the blacksmith. But somewhere along the way, work became transactional, and our lives became less connected with a growing gap in how we matter to each other.

Join Jonathan and Dane, of Ren and LEAD3R, for an evening that reconnects the two. We’ll spend time exploring where we feel stretched thin and how growth comes from human relationships, at work and beyond.

As we look toward 2030, two questions define the gap that we can bridge - intentionally - in our teams, companies, and communities:

  • What will human teamwork look like in 2030, as work grows more automated and distributed?

  • What should it look like, if we want it to leave people more connected and energized rather than less?

This beautifully curated dinner will be brought to you by the team behind “The Cook and Her Farmer,” just walking distance from the Oakland Museum of California.
