

Heart Opening Yoga
Every week, I share a simple, grounding and expanding online session to connect and open the heart.
This Monthly session is a gentle heart-opening yoga flow, designed to release tension and create space where emotions and energy can move freely.
We move slowly, consciously, and without forcing anything.
An invitation to let the heart expand in its own rhythm.
OPEN TO ALL LEVELS - Beginners and advanced yogis.
This practice supports:
Opening the chest and shoulders
Softening emotional armor
Reconnecting to the heart through the body
What you’ll need:
A yoga mat
Comfortable clothes
A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
Optional: a blanket or cushion for comfort
Setting recommendation:
Create a calm space. Dim the lights if possible. Light a candle or place an object that helps you connect inward.
