About Event

Our key idea: Everyone's racing to govern AI generated Financial Advice in wealth management - and watching the wrong layer. The real control gap isn't just the model; it's how the client gets represented to the AI applied upstream, and how the typical advisor consumes what comes back downstream. Both stages are largely ungoverned today - which makes them an open area for fintech innovation.

I introduce a simple framework for both: my RLCC framework - Responsible Language for Client Context - a methodology that allows fintech builders to think through common pitfalls such as an AI application's

(1) tendency for automation bias,

(2) temporal unfairness for clients in unstable or changing circumstances,

(3) how we must use evidence-linked claims in AI-generated advice, and

(4) how they must govern the representation layer, not just the model accuracy behind the app

Culminating in one takeaway for the industry: govern the advice, not the app.
