Next Gen Business Camp 2026 is a one-of-a-kind, immersive 5-day programme that takes young people aged 12–18 behind the scenes of some of the world's most innovative companies — right in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
Designed for curious, ambitious young minds, the camp offers a rare window into industries shaping the future: from electric vehicles and humanoid robotics to biotech, Web3, media, and luxury hospitality. Each day is packed with real company visits, hands-on workshops, and conversations with industry leaders — not classrooms and textbooks.
The students will receive a certificate upon completing the programme.

Why this camp is different
Most summer programmes stay in the classroom. This one doesn't. Participants visit the actual offices, factories, and labs of companies that are redefining their industries — and hear directly from the people building them. The cohort is intentionally small (max 25 students) to ensure every participant gets a meaningful, personal experience.
