

The Breathing Room
The Breathing Room is a 30-minute virtual gathering where we come together in stillness and presence. Each session blends gentle breathwork and guided meditation to help you release stress, find your center, and reconnect with yourself and the community.
Schedule:
7:25–7:30 AM PST – Arrival + settling in (please arrive on time)
7:30–8:00 AM PST – Guided meditation & breathwork practice
8:00–8:10 AM PST – Optional community reflection & closing
NOTE:
This is a short and intentional practice. To honor the space, please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted into the room.

All Who Meditate is a project backed by a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to make meditation & mindfulness resources accessible to all. Our gatherings are an open invitation to slow down, breathe together, and leave a little lighter than you came.
