​As the day’s programming at FREQUENCY builds toward the evening celebration, International House invites SXSW founders, investors, and global guests to experience the official launch of The Texas Collection, an exclusive collaboration between WICE and The Austin Winery.

​This special tasting event marks the Texas debut of WICE, the world’s first true wine ice cream — an innovative frozen dessert made with real wine and up to 8% ABV. The experience delivers the same effect as enjoying a glass of wine, but with the smooth, creamy texture of premium ice cream.

​Developed by Macedonian startup WICE, this collaboration is the result of groundbreaking food technology that allows wine to remain stable inside ice cream without the alcohol evaporating — creating a completely new category of dessert and beverage.

​For this special International House FREQUENCY gathering, guests will enjoy exclusive tastings from The Texas Collection, a lineup of wine-infused frozen desserts inspired by Texas winemaking and paired with wines crafted by The Austin Winery, Austin’s first full-production urban winery using 100% Texas-grown grapes.
