​join us for a day-long art, wellness, and sound healing retreat at Detox gallery!

​Immerse yourself in a sound meditation featuring harmonic rich instruments. This meditative journey will quiet your mind, release tension, and help guide you to the parts of you that may want to be expressed.

​Following the sound meditation, we'll gently transition into an intuitive drawing session to reflect on the last year and integrate the healing.

​Then we’ll move into expression with a hands-on collage session. Using a variety of materials, you'll be guided to channel the topics that came up during the sound meditation into a visual piece of art.

​No prior art experience is necessary—this is an intuitive, playful process of cutting, tearing, and pasting that allows your inner landscape to take shape on paper.

​Leave feeling both restored and creatively invigorated with a vision for the new year.

​All materials are provided. Just bring a cozy mat or blanket + journal, and an open mind!
