​This month we’re continuing our multi-event series on AI Agents. We’ve decoded the terminology and walked through how agents work, and now it’s time to get honest about where they break down.

​In this interactive session, we’ll explore why agents sometimes do the wrong things (confidently!), and how to evaluate when an agent is wrong. We’ll also dig into how PMs should think about these limitations when defining an agent experience, because knowing where AI fails is just as valuable as knowing where it succeeds.
