ep#01 - Build an AI Strategy Analyst (w/ Genspark): From Research to Executive Deck
Hosted by Abhishek Kumar as part of the Genspark Genius Program
Most people still use AI like a better chatbot.
This workshop is about something more useful: how to use Genspark as an agentic workspace to go from a single business question to a researched, prioritized, executive-ready recommendation. The Genspark Genius Program is built around community-led events, hands-on workshops, and real-world use cases, which is exactly the spirit of this session.
In this live workshop and build-along session, we’ll walk through a practical business workflow using Genspark to research a problem, identify high-value opportunities, structure the analysis, and turn the final output into a polished presentation. The goal is to help attendees move beyond basic prompting and start thinking in terms of complete, reusable AI workflows.
The featured live use case for the session will be:
How to identify and prioritize the highest-value AI agent opportunities for a mid-sized business — and turn that into an executive deck.
During the session, we’ll showcase how Super Agent can handle multi-step research and planning, how AI Sheets can structure and prioritize findings into a decision-ready model, and how AI Slides can transform that work into a polished narrative for leaders, teams, or clients. Genspark describes Super Agent as an autonomous assistant that thinks, plans, and acts across complex tasks, while AI Sheets supports structured analysis, formulas, charts, and spreadsheet-based insights, and AI Slides automates research, content generation, and presentation design.
This is not a generic intro-to-AI talk, and it’s not a prompt engineering lecture. It’s a practical session for founders, consultants, product managers, operators, GTM leaders, analysts, researchers, and AI practitioners who want to understand how agentic AI can support real work across strategy, consulting, product, operations, GTM, research, and internal transformation. Genspark’s business positioning emphasizes reducing repetitive busywork, enabling greater strategic focus, and producing boardroom-ready outputs, which is the lens for this workshop.
You do not need to be highly technical to attend. The Genspark Genius Program explicitly notes that participants do not need to be developers or AI experts, and that what matters most is practical engagement, initiative, and the ability to connect people around useful workflows.
