​目的： 女性起業家に足りない「支援」を最適にマッチングし、継続的な共創ネットワークを形成することを目的としたイベントです。 事業の壁を越えて、新しい仲間・支援者・投資家と出会う機会を提供します。

​🎤 松井　キャシー - Genera Partner | MPower Partners

​松井キャシーは、日本初のESG統合型グローバル・ベンチャーキャピタルファンドである MPower Partners の創業パートナー。
かつてはゴールドマン・サックス証券の副会長兼チーフ日本株ストラテジストを務め、日本政府がジェンダー多様性を推進するきっかけとなった「ウーマノミクス」研究を主導。
また、企業に対してガバナンスやダイバーシティに関するベストプラクティスのアドバイスを行うなど、多方面で活躍。

​学歴としては、ハーバード大学で学士号を取得し、ジョンズ・ホプキンス大学高等国際関係大学院（SAIS）で修士号を取得している。

​ヘレン・イワタ（Helen Iwata）

​「Less Effort, More Impact（少ない努力で、最大の成果を）」**を掲げるエグゼクティブ・コーチ。日本を拠点に、多忙なビジネスパーソンのパフォーマンス向上と、私生活を犠牲にしない働き方の両立を支援しています。

​イギリス出身、在日歴は30年以上。マッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニー東京オフィスに10年間在籍し、クライアント・コミュニケーション・マネージャーとして、コンサルタントやクライアントを対象にリーダーシップ、チームワーク、プレゼンテーション、会議ファシリテーション等のスキルアップ研修を担当しました。

​2013年5月に自身のビジネスを設立。現在は、数多くの多国籍企業から「高レベルな研修・コーチングプログラムの設計と主導を任せられるエキスパート」として絶大な信頼を寄せられています。

​🎤 Aramaki Nanako - Founder Sound Therapist Wellness Coach | Zensō

​Nanako Aramaki は、エージェンシーの元 COO であり、現在は認定サウンドセラピスト兼ウェルネスコーチとして活動しています。
深刻なバーンアウトを機に退職した後、Zensō を立ち上げ、Rocklit にも参画し、個人・リーダー・企業チームのウェルビーイング支援に取り組んでいます。

​🎤Kathy Matsui - Genera Partner | MPower Partners

​Kathy is a founding General Partner of MPower Partners, Japan’s first ESG-integrated global venture capital fund. She is the former Vice Chair of Goldman Sachs Japan and Chief Japan Equity Strategist. Her groundbreaking ʻWomenomicsʼ research spurred the Japanese government to promote gender diversity, and she has advised corporations on governance and diversity best practices. She has an MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an AB from Harvard.

​Helen Iwata – known as “The Less Effort More Impact Coach” – helps busy business professionals in Japan and beyond to do brilliant work without sacrificing their personal lives.
Originally from the UK, Helen has lived and worked in Japan for over 30 years.

During her ten years with McKinsey & Company in Tokyo, she served as manager of client communications and trained consultants and clients in leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, including presentations and meeting facilitation.

​
In May 2013, Helen established her own business and is now the go-to expert for multiple multinationals to design and lead their high-level training and coaching programs.
Helen served for 6 years as faculty for the Tokyo University Executive Management Program and won the 2017 Waseda University Teaching Award for her Strategic Thinking and Communication MBA course.

She’s coached thousands of business professionals throughout Japan, as well as in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Poland, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

​Nanako Aramaki is a former agency COO turned certified sound therapist and wellness coach. After severe burnout forced her to quit, she launched Zensō and joined Rocklit, supporting the wellbeing of individuals, leaders, and corporate teams.
