​目的： 女性起業家に足りない「支援」を最適にマッチングし、継続的な共創ネットワークを形成することを目的としたイベントです。 事業の壁を越えて、新しい仲間・支援者・投資家と出会う機会を提供します。

​🎤 松井　キャシー - Genera Partner | MPower Partners

​松井キャシーは、日本初のESG統合型グローバル・ベンチャーキャピタルファンドである MPower Partners の創業パートナー。
かつてはゴールドマン・サックス証券の副会長兼チーフ日本株ストラテジストを務め、日本政府がジェンダー多様性を推進するきっかけとなった「ウーマノミクス」研究を主導。
また、企業に対してガバナンスやダイバーシティに関するベストプラクティスのアドバイスを行うなど、多方面で活躍。

​学歴としては、ハーバード大学で学士号を取得し、ジョンズ・ホプキンス大学高等国際関係大学院（SAIS）で修士号を取得している。

​ヘレン・イワタ（Helen Iwata）

​岩田ヘレンは、英国出身で日本在住30年以上のバイリンガル・リーダーシップ＆コミュニケーションコーチです。
グローバルビジネスで活躍するプロフェッショナル、特に女性が、頑張り過ぎずに大きな成果を上げられるよう支援しています。

マッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニーでは10年間、クライアント・コミュニケーション・マネジャーを務め、コンサルタントやクライアントに対して、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、そして重要なプレゼンテーションの指導を行いました。

株式会社さすがコミュニケーションズの代表取締役として、多国籍企業と連携し、次世代リーダーから経営層までを対象に、アジア各国でリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーション開発プログラムの設計・実施を行っています。

TEDxスピーカー兼コーチ、日経オンラインコラムニスト、『英語の仕事術』（小学館）著者、Sasuga! Podcastホスト。さらに、英国商工会議所（BCCJ）のエグゼクティブ・コミッティーメンバーも務めています。

私生活では、妻であり母であり、空手の世界チャンピオンでもあります。

​🎤 Aramaki Nanako - Founder Sound Therapist Wellness Coach | Zensō

​Nanako Aramaki は、エージェンシーの元 COO であり、現在は認定サウンドセラピスト兼ウェルネスコーチとして活動しています。
深刻なバーンアウトを機に退職した後、Zensō を立ち上げ、Rocklit にも参画し、個人・リーダー・企業チームのウェルビーイング支援に取り組んでいます。

​🎤Kathy Matsui - Genera Partner | MPower Partners

​Kathy is a founding General Partner of MPower Partners, Japan’s first ESG-integrated global venture capital fund. She is the former Vice Chair of Goldman Sachs Japan and Chief Japan Equity Strategist. Her groundbreaking ʻWomenomicsʼ research spurred the Japanese government to promote gender diversity, and she has advised corporations on governance and diversity best practices. She has an MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an AB from Harvard.

​Helen Iwata is a bilingual leadership and communication coach from the UK with over 30 years’ experience in Japan, helping global business professionals—especially women—lead with less effort and more impact.

During her 10 years at McKinsey & Company, she served as Manager of Client Communications, coaching consultants and clients in leadership, communication, and high-stakes presentations.

As the founder of Sasuga Communications K.K., she partners with multinational organizations to design and deliver leadership and communication development programs for rising leaders through to seasoned executives across Asia and beyond.

Helen is a TEDx coach and speaker, Nikkei Online columnist, author of Eigo no Shigoto-jutsu (Shogakukan), host of the Sasuga! Podcast, and serves on the Executive Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan.

She is also a wife, mother, and karate world champion.

​🎤 Aramaki Nanako - Founder Sound Therapist Wellness Coach | Zensō

​Nanako Aramaki is a former agency COO turned certified sound therapist and wellness coach. After severe burnout forced her to quit, she launched Zensō and joined Rocklit, supporting the wellbeing of individuals, leaders, and corporate teams.
