AI That Delivers | Toronto - Financial Services Operators

A Thursday afternoon conversation amongst people delivering AI inside financial services. Banking, insurance, asset management and payments, including Senior operators comparing notes on what is actually working, what stalled, and what they would do differently.

This follows our Summer session, which overbooked. Same idea, Fall edition with latest excitement on AI, Digital and Future of Work.

Who It's For:

• Senior leaders in banks, insurers, asset managers and payments providers

• Heads of operations, transformation, data and technology inside financial institutions

• Practitioners accountable for AI and digital delivery - not oversight or removed from delivery

Registrations are individually reviewed, and we keep the room to operators inside financial institutions.

Topics:

• Where AI has actually reached the P&L, and where it stopped at the pilot

• Adoption inside regulated operations - controls, risk, and what slows things down

• What changes in the operating model when AI lands, and who has to agree to it

• Building and running AI capability across distributed teams

Format: No stage. No panel. No slides. Just open conversation and refreshments between people who own the delivery.
