​FORMAT:
Speakers present critical obstacles to address within 12 months and challenge the audience to develop these obstacles into one point of focus: "Regarding Campus and Building Decarbonization, to achieve Chicago's climate, health & energy goals, a critical obstacle to collectively overcome in 12 months is _________."

1. ​​Participants vote to prioritize speaker obstacle statements into one point of focus.

2. ​​Strategically placed at breakout tables, participants develop and pitch a 12 month solution and 90 day sprint.

3. ​​Leaders can hold themselves accountable to deliver the 90 day sprint and 12 month solution as a volunteer Task Force.
