We're excited to host the very first in-person Chief of Staff Network (COSN) meetup in India, bringing together Chiefs of Staff and senior operators from across Mumbai.
This marks an exciting milestone for the Chief of Staff Network as we launch our community in one of the world's fastest-growing startup ecosystems. Our goal is simple: create a trusted space where Chiefs of Staff can connect with peers, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships with others who understand the unique nature of the role.

This informal, in-person gathering is designed to bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for an evening of conversation, networking, and community-building.
Whether you're currently serving as a Chief of Staff, supporting founders and executive teams, or working in a strategy, operations, or business leadership role, this is an opportunity to meet peers navigating many of the same challenges.
We'll begin with a brief introduction to the Chief of Staff Network and our vision for the India community, followed by an open, Chatham House-style discussion centered around the opportunities and challenges of the role. Depending on the interests of the group, we'll also explore practical topics such as how Chiefs of Staff are leveraging AI to become more effective operators.
This first gathering is about laying the foundation for a vibrant community that can grow across Mumbai and eventually throughout India.

This event is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders' Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
