About Event

We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Detroit for our third gathering of 2026.

As the Detroit CoS community continues to grow, these meetups are becoming a space for Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across the city to build meaningful connections, exchange ideas, and learn from one another in a relaxed, high-trust environment.

A special thank you to Lindsey Tocco for continuing to host and support the Detroit Chief of Staff community.

This informal, in-person gathering is designed to bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for thoughtful conversation, peer connection, and candid discussion about the realities of operating in strategic leadership roles.

Whether you’re currently supporting a founder, helping run company operations, or navigating the evolving CoS role inside a scaling organization, this meetup is an opportunity to connect with peers facing similar opportunities and challenges.

There’s no formal agenda — just great conversations, shared experiences, and the chance to continue strengthening the Detroit CoS community.

Who is this event for?

This meetup is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders’ Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.

Please include your current job title and company so we can verify your role and approve your registration.
