Melbourne Chief of Staff End-of-Year Meetup
We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Melbourne to close out our first year in Australia.
Since launching the Melbourne chapter in June, we’ve been building connections among Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across the city. Before the year ends, we want to celebrate what’s been built and hear from you about what you’d like to see from the community in Year 2.
A special thank you to Zoe Zropf for hosting and leading the growth of the Chief of Staff community across Australia.
Date & Time: Thursday, November 12, 2026 · 5:30 PM AEDT
Location: Shared upon confirmation of attendance
This informal, in-person meetup brings together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for an evening of relaxed conversation, meaningful connections, and candid discussion about the realities of operating in strategic leadership roles.
New this time: Hot Takes 🔥
Alongside networking, we’ll run a short “hot takes” discussion: controversial ideas about the Chief of Staff role, put to the room for debate. When you register, share a hot take of your own and we’ll use a few to kick off the conversation.
What to expect
A casual, welcoming environment
A “hot takes” discussion on the Chief of Staff role
A look back at year one and your input on Year 2 of the Melbourne chapter
Drinks, conversations, and new connections
