About Event

Mental health product teams are asked to do something unusually hard: build products that are clinically sound, genuinely useful, and able to survive the realities of shipping, growth, and care delivery.

In this session, Dana Udall will explore how the best mental health product teams make clinical judgment a source of product strength, how they build better working relationships between clinicians and product leaders, and what it takes to create products that people can trust and organisations can actually sustain.

This session is for founders, product leaders, clinical leaders, and operators building in mental health who want to make better decisions, move with more confidence, and build products that hold up in the real world.
