​I'm so excited to invite you to the very first Mental Health for Everyone Meetup!

​This is a super relaxed, friendly space where we can all come together to chat about mental health.

​Whether you feel like sharing your own experiences, lending an ear to others, or simply enjoying a warm cup of chai in a supportive environment, you're absolutely welcome.

​There's absolutely no pressure, no judgment.

​Just a calm, welcoming vibe where everyone can feel comfortable opening up, or simply enjoying the company.

​Come just as you are, bring a friend if you'd like, and let's make mental health a priority, together.

​This is going to be my first attempt to focus on this idea of providing people a safe space to talk and share what they feel and perhaps find ways to get help.

​With the intention of keeping it high quality, i'm limiting the number of people who can join us cause it'll be a mess to handle stuff in cafes if the number gets too big.
