UCL's Minds & Machines Initiative is hosting its 2026 Symposium, bringing together researchers working across neuroscience, cognitive science and artificial intelligence.

Dr Megan A. K. Peters, Associate Professor in Experimental Psychology at University College London and Associate Professor of Cognitive Sciences at the University of California, Irvine.
Dr Matija Franklin, Research Scientist in the Humanity, Ethics and Alignment Research Team (HEART), Google DeepMind.
Dr Eleanor Spens, Postdoctoral Researcher in Tim Behrens’ lab at the University of Oxford and, from October 2026, Career Development Research Fellow at St John’s College, Oxford.
