東日本大震災と福島第一原発事故から13年。遅発性PTSDなど心の病が広がる地域で、精神科医の蟻塚亮二と精神科認定看護師の米倉一磨は、喪失や絶望を抱える人々の声に耳を傾け、支援を続けている。被災後を生きる人々と、寄り添う医療従事者の日々を見つめる。
Thirteen years after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Fukushima nuclear disaster, delayed trauma and other mental-health challenges continue to affect the region. The film follows psychiatrist Ryōji Arizuka and certified psychiatric nurse Kazumazu Yonekura as they visit and care for people coping with loss, despair and the long effects of disaster.
