Inner Circle is Karisma’s monthly social ritual, a curated evening where founders meet in exclusive spaces throughout the city and connect in a way that feels natural, warm, and real.
This edition is different.
Instead of one big room, we start with seven small tables, curated by theme because real connection happens in intimacy.
The Idea: Blind Themed Dinner
This Inner Circle is built around a simple belief: meaningful relationships are forged in small, curated circles – not in crowds.
So you won’t pick your table. You’ll be placed into one.
Each table seats around 6 members, grouped by a shared theme (either an industry lens or a personal interest) to create instant depth and natural conversation.
Dinner is hosted at El Tribut.
Food is fully covered. You only pay for your own drinks.
After dinner, we all gather as one group again and let the night flow so you leave with both: intimate connections and broader serendipity.
