In this keynote, innovation strategist Jay Kiew shares practical ways for founders, leaders, and teams to work through uncertainty, adopt Agentic AI with confidence, and make disruption work for them.
Jay is the Chief Innovation Officer at The Change Fluency Co. and the author of Change Fluency: 9 Principles to Navigate Uncertainty and Drive Innovation. He has more than 15 years of transformation experience, including corporate roles at Deloitte, TELUS, and ADP. His work there includes a $150-million primary care health policy reform, doubling app users from 1 to 2 million, and scaling 15 product lines to $35 million in 12 months. He has helped create more than $28 billion of impact for 400+ executives.
The Project Management Institute named Jay a Future50 honoree for his work on AI Fluency and Agentic AI adoption. He represented Canada at the G20 YEA Summit and was named a “Top 40 Under 40” by Business in Vancouver. He has been featured in Forbes, the Financial Times, and The Globe and Mail. At 19, he became the world’s youngest Distinguished Toastmaster. He is also a half-blind cancer survivor, and he brings the resilience from that experience to every stage he’s on.
