GDG DevFest Tokyo 2026 is the annual technology conference organized by Google Developer Group Tokyo.
This year, with Google’s cutting-edge AI Gemini at the center, let’s learn together about the latest practices in development using generative AI across Android, Google Cloud, Web, Firebase, Flutter, Go, and more — from beginners to experts!
🌏 GDG Shibuya Collaboration & English Sessions
This year, GDG Tokyo and GDG Shibuya are collaborating on DevFest Tokyo 2026 to make the event more accessible to both Japanese- and English-speaking communities.
The program will include English-language sessions alongside Japanese sessions, with at least two sessions currently planned in English. We’re also considering language support such as captioning and transcription to help participants enjoy sessions across languages.
Whether you’re part of Tokyo’s Japanese-speaking tech community or looking for opportunities to connect and learn in English, we’d love to welcome you to DevFest Tokyo 2026!

Learn how to further improve your work using AI with familiar tools such as Google Docs and Gmail, from creating AI-powered internal tools to collaborating with engineers when deploying applications internally.
🔵 [Category 2] Experience AI — Hands-on Building Workshop for Generative AI Beginners (Tentative)
For people with no previous coding or AI development experience, this workshop uses tools such as Google Stitch and Google AI Studio to explore development through natural language and experience the excitement of seeing an application you built yourself actually work.
