the art of noticing | a gratitude + creative writing workshop in community for nurses
hosted by @nurturingthenurse | kelly dubowski msn, rn
when was the last time you noticed something beautiful in your life without immediately moving on to the next thing?
the warmth of your morning coffee.
a conversation that made you laugh.
a moment when you felt like yourself.
as nurses, we become incredibly skilled at noticing what needs our attention.
but what about the little moments that nourish us?
this november, i'm inviting you to spend 45-minutes exploring gratitude, creative expression, and the art of noticing the life you're living outside of nursing.
through gentle reflection, guided creative writing, and restorative moments, we'll explore how to reconnect with appreciation, wonder, and the parts of ourselves that deserve attention, too.
this isn't about forcing positivity or finding a silver lining in difficult experiences.
it's about giving ourselves permission to notice what feels meaningful alongside everything else we may be carrying.
you don't have to be a writer.
you don't need a beautiful journal.
you certainly don't need to share anything you write.
bring your favorite pen, a little paper, a warm drink, and your curiosity.
you're invited to simply create, reflect, and be human. 🤍
🦋 free to attend live. recording available exclusively for nourish members.
