Peer Coaching Facilitator Training

​Hello!

​We’re inviting YOU to our 12th Peer Coaching Facilitator Training on Saturday, April 4, from 9 a.m. - Noon CDT (3 p.m. CET, 7:30 p.m. IST) via Zoom.

​What to Expect:
You will gain the skills to lead or assist a Lean In Peer Coaching Circle for 8 months (May - December 2026).

We will practice Troika Consulting,a powerful peer coaching format that works especially well online. Many past participants say it becomes a tool they use in many parts of their lives.

This year’s training will also benefit from Linda participating in a 12 week BetterUp coaching program, bringing fresh insights from professional coaching practice. We will also explore how AI tools can support reflection, preparation, and growth in coaching conversations.
