About Event

Every business is talking about AI, but where do you actually start? And how do you know if your organisation is truly ready?

Join us in ankurSAAL at Põhjala Tehas (Tallinn) on 19 February for an evening dedicated to cutting through the noise. Whether you're exploring your first AI use case or looking to benchmark against the best, this event will give you practical insights, honest conversations, and a clear picture of what "AI-ready" actually looks like in 2026.

Who is this for?

This event is designed for business and technology leaders who want to understand what good looks like when it comes to AI adoption. If you're a founder, CTO, head of product, or a public sector leader asking "where do we even begin?" - this is your evening!

What to expect

A panel discussion with industry leaders from scale-ups, technology builders, and the public sector, exploring what AI adoption actually looks like today, what the best-in-class organisations are doing differently, and what AI readiness means in practice.

We'll tackle questions like:

  • Hype vs reality: how far are we practically from leveraging modern GenAI capabilities?

  • What does "AI-ready" look like at 50 people vs 5,000?

  • What differentiates the top 10% from everyone else and how do you get there?

  • How do SMEs, enterprises, and the public sector differ in their AI journey?

  • What are the best tools and platforms on the market today?

Plus, Dragonfly will publicly launch their new AI Readiness assessment, a product that helps businesses understand exactly where they stand and what to do next.
