Welcome to SYNQ BD LEAGUE - a hands-on business development challenge where you research companies, identify decision-makers, conduct real outreach, build relationships, and learn how to use AI to accelerate the entire process.
We're bringing together ambitious students, fresh graduates, aspiring sales professionals, growth enthusiasts, and AI builders to experience how business development actually works inside a company.
⚔️ THE CHALLENGE
ROUND 1: THE 3-DAY SPRINT
19–21 October 2026 | Online
Participants will receive a curated list of companies that match Synq.Work's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Your goal is to:
Research companies and understand their business needs.
Identify the right decision-makers, including CXOs, Heads of Administration, HR leaders, and Operations Heads.
Build personalised outreach strategies across calls, LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.
Initiate conversations and build genuine professional relationships.
Use AI tools and automation to accelerate prospect research, lead enrichment, personalisation, and follow-ups.
Track your activities, responses, qualified conversations, and next steps.
You'll be evaluated on the quality of your research, communication skills, prospect relevance, execution, and effective use of technology.
The strongest performers will advance to Round 2.
ROUND 2: THE LIVE BD HACKATHON
22 October 2026 | Synq.Work, Gurugram
Shortlisted participants will compete in an in-person business development challenge aligned with Synq.Work's business priorities.
Your challenge will be to:
Build a targeted account and outreach strategy.
Identify high-potential prospects and map decision-makers.
Execute live outreach through approved channels.
Pitch relevant solutions and handle objections.
Build an AI-assisted workflow for prospecting, communication, or follow-ups.
Present your pipeline, results, learnings, and recommendations to the evaluation panel.
This is your opportunity to demonstrate how you think, communicate, execute, and create business value.
