Adelaide | Claude Workshop for Agile Product Teams
AI makes it easy for one person to build fast. Making it work for a whole team is harder. How do you keep standards, quality and cost under control when agents are doing more of the building?
The Claude Code Community and the Adelaide Agile Community are teaming up for a practical evening on exactly that question.
Part 1: Inside the software factory
Jack, Claude Code Ambassador for Adelaide, talks through how teams can run agents at scale: the software factory loop and where people fit in it, tracking token usage to find waste, and using adversarial review and validators to keep AI output honest. Interview format, with plenty of time for your questions.
Part 2: Hands-on, from idea to merged pull request
Jordan from Atlassian leads a follow-along workshop across the whole delivery lifecycle. Turn a brief into a plan, set coding standards, hand the work to a coding agent such as Claude Code, then watch AI review catch what doesn’t meet the standard and a pipeline fix it. You’ll wear a different hat at each step: product owner, tech lead, engineer, reviewer.
Who it’s for: Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery leads, engineers and engineering leaders who want to see AI working across the whole lifecycle, not just writing code.
Bring: a laptop and a Claude account. Workshop logins are provided on the night.
