Claude Community × HappyRobot Hackathon — Agents coaching agents
One-day Claude Code hackathon on self-improving AI agents
Co-hosted with HappyRobot, the AI workforce platform for the companies that keep the world running.
The challenge: build an agent that coaches another agent
Every team starts from the same weak sales agent running on HappyRobot. You build a Claude agent that works out why calls were lost, edits the sales agent, re-tests it, and keeps or rolls back each change on its own.
Your score is how much more the agent sells against a hidden set of simulated buyers we run at the end. Judges also look at how safe the loop is (no regressions, every change explained) and at your demo.
