Mexico City | Claude for Research Workshop
Claude for Research is a large, hands-on academic workshop for researchers, faculty, PhD and doctoral students, graduate students, and research-oriented participants from multiple disciplines.
Hosted by Dr. Vinicius Covas, Claude Community Ambassador, the workshop will explore practical research workflows with Claude, including literature and evidence analysis, academic documents, data analysis and visualization, verification, responsible AI, and reproducible research workflows.
Participants will work collaboratively in small research groups, moving from Claude.ai to computational research workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including the prototyping of small research tools and reproducible processes.
No previous programming experience is required.
Before the event: Participants should create and test a Claude account in advance. A Claude Pro or Max subscription is strongly recommended for the best hands-on experience and higher usage limits, but is not required for general participation.
The workshop will include a hands-on computational research component supported by up to 70 Anthropic API credit allocations, with participants working collaboratively in small research groups.
Venue: Universidad Anáhuac México
The workshop begins at 9:00 AM. Please arrive on time for registration, setup, and the opening activities.
