Build with Claude: Your AI Chief of Staff + First App
Seattle AI Week | Claude Community × University of Washington Foster School of Business
Learn with Professor Léonard Boussioux, an MIT PhD and recipient of 11+ teaching awards, recognized among Poets&Quants’ 2026 Best 40-Under-40 Business Professors and Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40.
What could you build if AI helped you turn your ideas into working tools?
Join the Claude Community at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business for a fast-paced, hands-on workshop full of live demos, practical ideas and time to build. We’ll go beyond asking AI questions and explore how to create tools that support your studies, research and everyday work.
Who this is for
Students, faculty, researchers and professionals who want to put AI to practical use. You do not need to be a developer. Come with curiosity and a task you would love to make easier.
What you’ll explore
An AI chief of staff: design a workflow to help organize projects, track priorities and prepare your next steps.
Your first app or dashboard: turn a real need into an interactive prototype with Claude.
More ambitious workflows: see how AI can help with data, research and tasks that involve several steps.
Better ways to collaborate with AI: learn when to delegate, how to give useful context and where human judgment still matters.
What you’ll work toward
A starter workflow or prototype connected to something you actually care about, along with practical techniques you can keep using after the workshop. Bring an idea from a class, a research project, your organization or your own life.
