A paid clinic for people who already use Claude Code and want to go further. You bring a real problem you are stuck on. Four experts help you solve it in the room.
This is the paid tier above Vibe Coding Nights. Small room, real problems, expert time on each one.
What we work on
The correct flags. The defaults most people get wrong: model choice, permission modes, fast mode, output styles, settings.json, and a CLAUDE.md that actually helps.
Experimental features. Team Agents and the other frontier flags most people have not turned on yet.
Ambient agents. Setting up agents that watch and act on their own.
Workflows. Turning a single prompt into a repeatable pipeline.
Format (6:00 to 9:00 PM)
6:00 to 6:20 PM. Arrival, laptops up, quick intro to the four tracks.
6:20 to 6:45 PM. A short shared walk through the flags everyone should be running.
6:45 to 7:30 PM. Hot seats. A few problems solved live on the projector so the whole room learns from each fix.
7:30 to 8:30 PM. Open clinic. The experts split the room and work with you one on one on your actual problem.
8:30 to 9:00 PM. Open floor. People show what they unblocked.
Who is in the room
Four people who use Claude Code every day: Ray, Prakshal, Marko, and Alex. Four experts to fifteen seats means real time on your problem.
What you walk out with
Your stuck problem, unstuck. A setup that fits how you actually work, plus a few flags and patterns you did not know were there.
What to bring
A laptop with Claude Code installed and working.
One real problem you are trying to solve. A repo, a workflow, a task that keeps breaking. The more specific, the better.
Your current setup, so we can tune it rather than start from zero.
