​Most people have used Claude in a chat window. Far fewer have watched it change how a company actually works.

​This evening is about the second thing. Three people who have brought Claude Code into real organisations here in Amsterdam talk about what they actually did: where they started, who they handed it to first, what it took to get leadership behind it, and what broke along the way.

​It is an introduction, not a masterclass, and you do not need to write code to get something out of it. If you are the person others come to when they ask "should we be using this", this is the room.
