Envisioning Global Society Through the Lens of Islands "The World’s Smallest Summit"
Japanese Language only.
Shifts in societal values and systems are taking place on a global scale.
Innovative shifts into a new era are accelerating across various fronts—coexistence with nature, AI, energy, war and peace, technological advancement, and space exploration.
The Islander Summit is "the world’s smallest summit," created to discuss collaborative pathways for the future of our global society and spark positive social change.
It is an independently run dialogue where people living on the single "island" of Earth come together on a pro bono basis.
We believe that a chain reaction of ideas serves as the driving force behind positive societal transformation.
Set on Ishigaki Island, individuals from diverse backgrounds—including businesses, government officials, scientists, engineers, creators, artists, homemakers, and students—will gather beyond traditional boundaries to share ideas that steer the future toward a better direction.
Under the theme "Reconstructing Value: Narrative Design from the Perspective of Islands," this year's summit will bring together island-loving experts to co-create ideas and explore opportunities to shape the future together.
Please note that the summit will be conducted in Japanese Language only.
During the discussions, we will collect ideas online, synthesize them using Claude, and use them to inform our on-site dialogues.
