Applying for jobs can feel like a full time job. Learn how to use Claude to search better, apply faster and get one step closer to landing your dream job!
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll build your own Claude Project, a personal job search assistant that’s loaded with your experience, your goals, and your voice. No technical background needed. We’ll walk you through every step. If you can write an email, you can do this.
In this session, you will:
Build a Claude Project designed for your job search and load it with your resume, work history, and career goals
Use Claude to find roles that fit and organize your search
Tailor your resume and cover letter to a specific job posting in minutes
Prepare for interviews with practice questions based on the actual role
Develop a tracking system that organizes every job application
Who it’s for: Job seekers, career changers, employed but exploring, students/recent grads and anyone who wants to apply for jobs with AI, especially if you’re new to Claude or AI tools.
What to bring: A laptop and charger, your current or past resume, and one or two job postings you’re interested in.
Meet Your Instructor:
Monique Salomon is the Founder of ALMA, an AI education company serving non-technical leaders in the US and LATAM. A former reading teacher with a background in HR & Operations, she’s known for turning AI into plain language and simple action.
Monique also runs SalsaTech Miami, a wellness community that helps people get off their computers and into their bodies through dance.
