From Conversation to Action
Yesterday, we came together for a Claude Conversation to discuss how AI is changing the way we build startups, work and create.
That conversation surfaced real questions, challenges and problems from our community.

The Problem -
During yesterday's Claude Conversation, we identified a set of challenges that matter to our local startup and builder community.
In this Impact Lab, we'll take one of those problems and work together to turn the ideas from yesterday's conversation into something tangible.
The exact problem we'll work on will be shared at the beginning of the session, based on what emerged from the conversation.
What is a Claude Impact Lab?
A Claude Impact Lab is a hands-on community build session focused on solving a real problem.
There won't be long talks or passive sessions. We'll spend the day understanding the problem, exploring possible solutions, building prototypes and learning from each other.
We'll:
Understand the problem
Revisit the challenge that emerged from our Claude Conversation and understand who it affects and why it matters.
Explore solutions
Work in groups to brainstorm approaches, challenge assumptions and identify what could actually work.
Build with Claude
Use Claude and AI-powered tools to turn ideas into prototypes, experiments, and working solutions.
Test and iterate
Get feedback, learn from what doesn't work and improve what we've built.
Share what we built
Come back together to demo our work, share learnings and discuss where we can take the ideas next.

A bit about the Host: Aniket Sahu is a Claude Community Ambassador in India, AI & Web3 community builder and developer advocate. He has organized workshops, hackathons and meetups across India, helping over 20,000 builders get started with Web3, AI and emerging technologies. Through hands-on sessions and community initiatives, he actively supports students and developers in building practical AI applications with Claude and beyond.
