​If you run a business alone or close to it, you are the marketing team, the finance team and the operations team.

​This day is for you. Founders, freelancers and side hustlers. Come with a laptop and one real job from your own work, and leave with an AI agent that does it.

​☕️ Morning: demos, talks & QA
People who use Claude in their own business show how they do it, live. What they built, what broke. Each talk is 15 minutes plus 5 for questions. No sales pitches.

​🚀 Afternoon: you build
First, we help you find the one task in your work that's worth handing over, using real data on how people use AI at work.
Then you pick your path: Marketing & Sales, Finance or Ops. You start from a ready-made agent, make it yours with your own rules. Mentors at every table. At the end we share what got built.

​What you need

• ​A laptop and charger, and permission to install software on it

• ​One real job from your work that you'd like to hand over

• ​You don't need to be an engineer. We'll help you along the way

• ​Install Claude Code before you come. We send a setup sheet a few days before, and we help you if you get stuck.

​Every approved guest gets $50 in Claude API credits for the afternoon. You redeem them into a Claude Console account, and they work in Claude Code. Credits go to guests approved by Thu 12 Nov, so apply early.

​How it works

• ​Free. Open to everyone, and approval based. We're looking for a room of people who will actually build, so tell us what your real job is.

• ​The day is photographed and filmed.

• ​If you can't come after all, please mark Not going so someone else gets your spot.
