• ​5:30 PM | Live Demo: Creating Agents, Teams & Workflows Watch step-by-step how to create individual agents, group them into autonomous teams, and define multi-agent workflows. We'll also cover scaffolding projects using natural language via ClawMax AI Generate.

• ​6:15 PM | Live Q&A & Environment Readiness An interactive Q&A session to answer your questions, address edge-case workflow concerns, and ensure everyone's setup is primed for the build session.

• ​6:45 PM | Hands-On Build Block (Main Event) Go heads-down on building your custom agent projects with live support and mentoring from the ClawMax team. Pick a track:

  • ​Custom Agent + Workflow: Solve a real-world problem with an end-to-end agent workflow.

  • ​Reusable Team Template: Build a pre-wired team template and submit a PR to Maximilien-ai/templates.

  • ​New Skill or Workflow: Expand primitive capabilities with a PR to Maximilien-ai/workflows.

  • ​Bug Hunter Track: File sharp GitHub issues and feedback reports on Maximilien-ai/clawmax.
