Claude Code in the Wild: Build Systems Your Team Can Run Without You

​This session is for people building with Claude Code or Codex who are tired of fighting hallucinations. And for anyone whose best workflows currently live in one chat, on one laptop, in one person's head.

​Most of us hit the same wall. You build something great in an afternoon, run it next week, and it behaves slightly differently. Then you try to hand it to your team and every time it breaks, it comes back to you.

​Bharat Devana is the founder at ClikWorks, a Mentor at Clay Bootcamp, and a Clay Expert. His work, and his clients', involves enriching tens of millions of companies and contacts. At that scale, prompting alone stopped working, so over the last three months he shifted toward building real systems his team can run without him.
